Every ZOZOLU product is handcrafted to order with premium materials and inspected before it ships. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preference.

The ZOZOLU Lifetime Hardware Guarantee
We stand behind every piece of hardware on every product we make — for life. If any buckle, D-ring, clasp, or hardware component fails under normal use at any point after purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. No receipt required. No expiration date.
What is covered:
- Hardware failure or breakage under normal use
- Defective buckles, D-rings, or clasps
- Manufacturing defects in construction
What is not covered:
- Damage caused by chewing, misuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and fading of BioThane over time
- Lost products
Arrived Damaged or Defective?
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zozolu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right — no questions asked.
