What's Covered

If any hardware component fails mechanically under normal use, we'll repair or replace it. No receipts. No runaround. Just an email.

• Snaps: Swivel trigger snaps that no longer open or close due to mechanical failure
• Carabiners: Gate failures or structural breaks on your Havafree
• Buckles & Rivets: Any metal component that shears, breaks, or fails under the stress of real use

What's Not Covered

• Chewing: BioThane® is not chew-proof. Neither is hardware. Zoey knows this.
• Patina: Solid brass develops a natural patina over time. This is not a defect — it's character.
• Cosmetic wear: Scuffs and scratches from the trail are a feature, not a flaw.

How to Claim

Email a photo of the failed component to info@zozolu.com. Include the email address used on your original order so we can locate your purchase. Once verified, we'll send return shipping information. When we receive your gear, we'll repair or replace it and get it back on the trail where it belongs.
