Every ZOZOLU collar and leash is made with genuine American-made BioThane® and solid brass and nickel hardware from a fifth-generation family hardware company. If any hardware component ever fails mechanically under normal use, we'll repair or replace it.
Covered: Snaps, carabiners, buckles, and rivets that fail under normal use.
Not covered: Chew damage, natural brass patina, and cosmetic trail wear.
How to claim: Email info@zozolu.com with a photo of the failed component and the email address on your original order. Once verified we'll send return shipping. When we receive your gear we'll take care of the rest.
