Return Policy

We want you and your dog to love your ZOZOLU gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

14-Day Returns

You may return unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Unused and unworn — hardware must be free of scratches, webbing must be free of creasing or wear marks
• Original condition — all hardware, charms, and packaging included
• Buyer pays return shipping — we'll provide the return address
• No restocking fee — full refund of the product price

Exclusions

• Custom engraved name tags are final sale and cannot be returned
• Worn or used items cannot be returned — BioThane shows clear signs of use at buckle holes and hardware contact points
• Damaged items caused by the customer (chewed, cut, or improperly used) are not eligible

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@zozolu.com with your order number
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original condition
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. Email info@zozolu.com right away.

Lifetime Hardware Guarantee

All ZOZOLU hardware is backed by our Lifetime Hardware Guarantee. If your hardware fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. This is separate from our return policy and applies for the life of the product.
